Board View
Board View is a 3-month board governance training for candidates. In carefully curated cohorts, board candidates receive transformational skills building and practical board training from experienced board leaders to build their knowledge and network. The program will touch upon emotional intelligence as well as IQ. How do you read a room? How do you manage your own triggers as the one and only in the room? How do you use humor to diffuse difficult conversations? Candidates will be paired with mentors, experience mock interviews, board roleplays, and increase their exposure to leading companies.
