We are Equity Accelerators

We imagine a world where everyone is accepted for who they are at the most powerful table – The Boardroom Table.

Take Action

What is an Equity Accelerator?

As Equity Accelerators, the TAKE YOUR SEAT community takes action to increase the number of Black directors in the boardroom and to build the inclusive boardrooms of the future. TAKE YOUR SEAT has assisted boards in seating a Black director for the first time by helping them to expand their networks and tap into a larger talent base of Black professionals. We led the way with transparency by giving candidates the rare opportunity to view those board seat opportunities for public and private companies.

We invite you to join us. All are welcome.
